Adamastor Clothing
This page says plainly what data this site collects and what we do with it. It is short because there is little to tell.
Adamastor Clothing, a Portuguese t-shirt brand. You can reach us on Instagram at @adamastorclothing, which is also where we answer any request about personal data.
When you visit we store, anonymously: which pages you see and how many, how long you stay, the site or campaign that brought you here, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and an approximate country, region and city worked out from your network address by Cloudflare. We also store clicks on things like opening a t-shirt, switching colour, using a filter or pressing the order button.
None of this identifies you. We do not store your IP address, we do not know your name, and we cannot tie these visits to a particular person.
The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising, which is why there is no annoying consent box here. To count a visit we only use a random number kept in your browser's temporary memory, which disappears when you close the tab.
There is a single cookie, called adm, and it belongs to the brand's admin area. It only exists if someone signs in there with a password, and has nothing to do with visitors.
Nothing is bought on this site and we ask no one for details here. Orders are placed by message on Instagram, and anything you give us there, such as a shipping address, is used only to send you the piece. Those conversations live on Instagram and are also covered by Meta's privacy rules.
We may advertise on Instagram and Facebook. If you arrived through an ad, the address carries a few tags in the browser bar that tell us only which ad you came from, without identifying you.
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Visit records are deleted once they are no longer useful.
You have the right to know what data exists about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Since we keep nothing on the site that identifies you, in practice there is little to retrieve, but write to us on Instagram and we will sort it out. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
If any of this changes, this page changes too.
