As long as it hasn't gone into production, yes: message us and we'll change what you need. Once it's made we can't change it, but you still have 14 days to return it after it arrives.

No. Every piece is made to order, so every colour and size on the page is always available.

Send us the suggestion by message. We're always designing new pieces and the most requested bands go first.

Once we've confirmed the order with you, in full. The piece only goes into production when payment arrives, since it's made just for you. We let you know as soon as we receive it.

No. Since every piece is made to order, payment always comes before production.

Every piece is made after payment. Count on 4 to 8 working days in mainland Portugal and 6 to 12 across Europe, production included.

No. Production and shipping run Monday to Friday, except public holidays. An order paid on Friday afternoon or over the weekend goes into production the following Monday. Weekend messages may also take a little longer to answer.

Mainland Portugal €3–5 depending on the service, free from two t-shirts in the same order. Spain from €6 and the rest of Europe around €10; we confirm the exact amount before you pay.

All of Portugal including the islands, Spain and the rest of Europe. Outside Europe, ask us.

We send you the tracking code by message as soon as it ships.

Yes. Give us their address and the parcel goes straight to them, with no prices or invoice inside.

If tracking stalls or the parcel is late, message us and we'll sort it out with the carrier. Please double-check your address before paying: if a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, resending it is on you.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed. Return postage is on you and we ship the new piece at our cost.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it, no reason needed. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, and return postage is on you. We refund to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Message us with what you'd like to exchange or return and we'll give you the address. Send it with tracking and keep the receipt until it's sorted.

If the print or the garment has a manufacturing defect, we replace it or refund you, postage on us. Send us a photo by message.

Every piece has a table with chest width and length, measured laid flat. Measure a t-shirt of yours that fits well and compare. Regular unisex fit; if you're between sizes and like it looser, size up.

S to XXL. If you need another size, ask: since we make to order, it can often be arranged.

T-shirts and longsleeves are cotton. Zip hoodies are 290–300 g/m² cotton and polyester with a kangaroo pocket.

We print in DTF: the design is printed on a film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Bright colours, soft hand, and it lasts many washes if you follow the care below.

Wash inside out at 30 °C, no bleach or fabric softener. Don't iron over the print and skip the tumble dryer.

The pictures are renders of the final piece. Shades can vary a little from screen to screen; if you're unsure about a colour, ask us for a photo.
